Yoga is not just practiced on the mat, but is a way of life, a connection to your true essence, being mindful as you communicate, and move through your life. Yoga informs your relationship with yourself and others as well as your relationship with the world. Yoga helps you to be present with your emotions, not bypassing them as they have wisdom and value for you. Yoga will help you to connect to deep feelings, needs and insights.

In my yoga classes your body will not become coarse and muscular but subtle and strong. This allows the prana (energy) to flow and provide nourishment to your many bodied systems (circulatory/cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, immune, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, and skeletal) and access your inner knowing, insights, intuition.

You will pair Asana (yoga poses) with Pranayama (breath) to allow for release of resistance, tightness and holding in your body and mind, building self-confidence, clarity of thought and renewed energy.

You can attend a Yoga class in my home studio as well as virtually by Zoom. I am available for a one-on-one consultation. I incorporate the healing vibrations of crystal bowls in my classes.
