RESTORING THE BALANCE WITHIN WITH GAIL PROVINCIANO-LIPPENS
SEPTEMBER 15, 16, 17 2023 at the SANDY SAULTEAUX SPIRITUAL CENTRE
We spent a wonderful weekend restoring and replenishing our souls in the sanctuary of the forest on the land of the Sandy Saulteaux Spiritual Centre.
Our weekend consisted of Yoga to open to compassion, gratitude, quieting the mind, connecting to our intuition and inner voice. We bathed in the healing energy of the forest, and the sounds of the singing bowls.
We enjoyed delicious vegetarian meals, created vision boards and had free time to explore.
We had an incredible Women’s Wellness retreat, in Playa Chiquita, Costa Rica, January 29 – February 5, 2023.
We were immersed in the Jungle at Tierra de Suenos Lodge with little separation between us and nature. We had daily yoga, guided meditation and group gatherings. The participants went on some fun adventures.
Our hosts, Jason and Callie Westlake, owners of the retreat centre, as well as the attentive staff, took care of our needs in the most amazing way. The food was delicious and so beautifully presented. The accomodations were inviting, impeccably clean and so comfy. The outdoor environment was truly wild, respected and cared for which was evident in the bountiful animals, birds and wildlife.
I can’t wait for the next opportunity to take you on a healing, restful, playful and rejuvenating retreat.
