My Offerings
YOGA: Yoga classes are held in six week sessions in my home studio and online by Zoom. Session investment is $90.00 for six weeks. If you would like to join a session in progress, contact me for a prorated session cost.
Drop ins are welcome, $20.00 per class. Contact me to confirm there is space.
Private/one on one and group sessions can be arranged. Contact me to discuss your ideas and needs.

REIKI: A Reiki session can be offered in person or by distance anywhere in the world.
MOTHER EARTH SERIES: A series of offerings to celebrate the seasons: Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. Contact me to inquire if you would like to schedule for a group or to see when these will be offered.
VISION BOARD INSPIRATION WORKSHOPS: What are your dreams, desires and goals? We will start with a meditation to connect to your intuition or inner knowing and connect to your heart space. Using creativity, images, pictures, and written word you will create your vision inspiration board. A vision board can be a source of inspiration and motivation, affirming your dreams and desires and it is a lot of fun.
OSHO MEDITATION: Active meditation to shake off the stresses of the week, month or lifetime and increase your level of renewable energy. You will leave feeling relaxed and invigorated.
