Gita Yoga My name is Gail Provinciano-Lippens, E-RYT and I have practiced and studied yoga for over 20 years. I am very excited to share my knowledge and experience of what I have learned with you.

I teach YOGA with a focus on Yamuna Body Rolling, Asana, Breath, Pranayama and Meditation. Using these principles the practice will move prana through the body to heal and release.

The ancient art of yoga has the power to:
